Property processes in Jordan
Pick what you are doing. Each card opens the steps or a guide that already exists.
This is general information from official pages, not legal advice. Hagzi does not file these papers for you.

- DLS frequently asked questions
The pages we checked do not publish the court steps for an inheritance certificate (حصر إرث). Ask the department, and the sharia court, which papers they want.
Solar panels
Net metering and the other connection methods are set by the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission. You apply through your distribution company.
Emergencies
Who to call for a fire, a collapse, a gas smell, or the municipality.
Ask the office
These are real procedures, and the public pages checked on 31 Oct 2026 did not print a document list we could repeat: replacing a title deed, a site plan, an ownership certificate, registering or releasing a mortgage, a gift, partition, and registering an apartment. File them on the department’s portal or at the registration directorate.
- DLS e-services portal
- Department of Lands and Survey
- Greater Amman Municipality call centre
- Pay buildings and land tax in Amman (Sanad)
A building violation or a fence is a municipality matter: call 102 in Amman. A sewer overflow from the street network is a utility matter: see the emergencies page. A power of attorney for a land transaction comes from a notary; the department’s FAQ says an agent needs one.
