How the site works, and how to reach us.
Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, or something is not working, use the contact page and say what you were doing and what you saw — that is usually enough for us to find it.
Searching and saving
Start from Buy or Rent, then use the filters to narrow the results: city and neighbourhood, price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and area. The heart on any property keeps it in your favourites, which you will find under Favorites in your account.
Advertising a property
Add Listing takes you through the details and the photographs. Once you publish, the listing waits for the Hagzi team to check it, and you can follow its status under My Listings. Good photographs and an honest description get more replies than either on its own.
Your account
Enter your mobile number and select Continue. If your account has a password, enter it on the next screen to sign in. For a new account, verify your mobile number with the code sent to it, then add your name and create a password. To reset a forgotten password, choose Forgot your password on the sign-in page and verify the code sent to your mobile number. If the code does not arrive or you no longer have access to that number, contact Hagzi through the Contact Us page for help.
Reporting a listing
If a listing looks misleading, out of date or already taken, tell us which one and why. We check reports and remove listings that should not be up.
What we cannot do
For self-service listings, discuss the property and terms directly with the advertiser. If you want help through Sell your Property or a valuation visit, confirm the service scope, availability and fees with Hagzi before proceeding. Listing publication does not itself verify legal ownership.
