How to read the rent table on this page before you compare areas.
At a glance
- Rents are yearly, as most Jordanian leases are. Divide by 12 for a rough monthly figure.
- A median is the middle asking rent: half the listings ask less, half ask more.
- Furnished and unfurnished apartments are counted together, so an area with many furnished listings looks more expensive.
- Asking rents are where talks start; agreed rents are often lower.

Frequently asked questions

The table is sorted by the 2-bedroom median, highest first, so the top rows are the most expensive on Hagzi right now. The order changes as listings change.
Are these real rents or asking rents?
They are asking rents in live Hagzi listings. Agreed rents can be lower. They are not official statistics.
Why is my area missing?
An area shows a figure only when at least five live listings have it. The note under the table lists areas that are short of listings today.
