Hagzi Price Index

Updated monthly

The median asking price per square metre of homes (apartments and villas) listed on Hagzi, for Jordan and for every city with enough live listings. It is based on the prices sellers and landlords ask on Hagzi, not on sold prices, and it is not an official index.

The first Hagzi Price Index figure is published once a full month of listings has been recorded, so there is nothing to show yet. Meanwhile the city price pages show today's asking prices.

How it is calculated: at the end of each period, the median asking price per square metre of live apartment and villa listings on Hagzi, in Jordanian dinars. Rent figures are yearly rent per m². Listings with no price, "price on request", no size, or a size above 10,000 m² are left out. A period with fewer than 5 listings is skipped and the last published period stays. Asking prices, not sold prices.
